The distillery selection series is Jack Daniel’s opportunity to be experimental with limited run small batch products that are completely unique from one selection to the next. If you’re a fan of rich decadent desserts, then you’ll be very pleased with Jack Daniel’s Distillery Series Selection #10. The toasted pecan wood chips have a clear heavy influence on how this whiskey turned out, producing rich notes of pecan, syrup, peanut butter cups, and chocolate throughout. From start to finish the sip is rich in nature. Its 120 proof only helps to amplify every part of the sip without being overpowering. Jack Daniel’s knocked it out of the park with this one, and I’d love to see this become a larger release for the brand. If you find yourself in Tennessee, this is one to seek out.
