Kicking off the brand's new limited-edition annual release, Rock Town Winners Circle 2026 will appeal to those local to the distillery or fans of horse racing, looking for a no nonsense sip.
Founded in 2010, Rock Town Distillery is located in Little Rock, Arkansas, and claims to be the first legal distillery of any kind in Arkansas since Prohibition. The company distilled this bourbon at Bardstown Bourbon Company, using Arkansas grains that they trucked into the distillery. Winners Circle is a new annual limited edition bourbon that the company states “celebrates craftsmanship, racing tradition, and original Arkansas artistry.” Each year will feature a label that contains artwork from a different local Arkansas artist. For 2026, artist Michael Shaeffer, from Little Rock, was chosen to design the label.
Rock Town Winners Circle 2026 is priced accordingly for what it is. The whiskey presents a classic bourbon profile from start to finish, while delivering inoffensive flavors. Oak, cinnamon, and peppercorn spices are constants while other flavors weave in and out. Its proof helps to slightly elevate these flavors, particularly the sweeter midpoint of the sip. The main appeal of this bottle will be for locals near the distillery or fans of horse racing who are looking for an innocuous sip at a reasonable price point.
