Mile High Spirits is a Denver based distillery that has been producing spirits for a number of years. The company is known for combining their passion for whiskey with their passion for live entertainment. It’s a unique distillery experience that merges a whiskey distillery with a music venue and bar. Fireside Bottled in Bond Bourbon was the company's first bottled in bond whiskey and was originally released in 2021.
The sip does just enough to poke its head above the crowd and stand out. This is mainly due to the intriguing pine and herbaceous influence found throughout. Traditional flavors weave in and out and provide depth, but it’s the unique combination of pine, mint, and finishing on an herbaceous note that helps give it distinction. While it hasn’t elevated itself much over the years, Mile Highs Spirits Fireside Bottled in Bond Bourbon continues to provide a distinct pour coming from a small Denver-based distillery, all for a reasonable price.
