Mile High Spirits is a Denver based distillery that has been producing spirits for a number of years. The company is known for combining their passion for whiskey with their passion for live entertainment. It’s a unique distillery experience that we recently profiled. Fireside Bottled in Bond is the company's first Bottled in Bond whiskey.

Like their single barrel bourbons, Mile High Spirits brings a level of intrigue to their Bottled in Bond product. Most notably, their use of chocolate malted barley plays heavily into the flavor profile of the sip. It’s full of intriguing flavors that deliver a rye-based bourbon that stands out in a crowd. Because of its out-of-the-ordinary flavors, it won’t be for everyone, but for those looking for a craft distillery that has taken the time to hone a distinct Bottled in Bond product, Fireside Bottled in Bond Bourbon is worth seeking out.
