February 20, 2023 - We are announcing the official release for sale of the 9-year-old version of North American Steamship Rye™ Illinois Bottled in Bond straight single malt rye whiskey. This release is the newest, yet oldest, version of our artisanal straight single malt rye whiskey, North American Steamship Rye™. Initially, the whiskey will only be available at the distillery Retail Shop.

This 9-year-old version of North American Steamship Rye™ Illinois straight single malt rye whiskey is handmade in our distillery from a 100% malted rye. This version of North American Steamship Rye™ was aged in a full-size (53 gallon) new heavy-toast, light-char oak barrel for nine years and bottled at 100 proof. This is our oldest whiskey released to date and the oldest craft whiskey distilled and bottled in the state of Illinois.
