US independent bottler Two Souls Spirits is welcoming the cool weather of whiskey season with their Fall 2023 release.  Featured are single barrels from two highly acclaimed, family-owned Wisconsin distilleries: Yahara Bay Distillers (Fitchburg, WI) and J. Henry & Sons (Dane, WI). This marks the third collaboration between Two Souls Spirits and Yahara Bay Distillers, who previously partnered for the release of two hazmat rye whiskeys in 2022, and the independent bottlers’ first partnership with J. Henry & Sons – a long-time favorite of Two Souls Co-Founders James Estrada and Chad Civetti.

The Two Souls Spirits Fall 2023 is available exclusively through their website (www.twosoulsspirits.com) while supplies last. Both spirits were hand-selected by Two Souls Spirits and will be offered unfiltered at full cask strength.

“The theme of this release is patience,” said Co-Founders James and Chad. “We purchased this rum from Yahara Bay in the summer of 2022, but decided to add our own touch by finishing it in a hazmat rye barrel. It ended up taking over a year to achieve the perfect balance of sweet and spicy that we were shooting for. And while we have been in constant contact with J. Henry & Sons since starting Two Souls Spirits, demand for their products is very high. It took a while to make it happen, but it was absolutely worth the wait.
