Wiser’s 10-Year-Old is a hi-rye expression aged in three types of casks — New American oak, ex-bourbon, and used Canadian whisky barrels — and bottled at 80 proof. Smooth yet complex, the whisky delivers notes of caramel, honeycomb toffee, dried fruit, and rye spice, finishing with hints of green apple, pear, and allspice.
