Distillery.  With only 462 bottles produced, this ultra-limited release captures the warmth and character of the season – a spirited expression meant to be savored, gifted, and celebrated.

The 2025 Christmas Spirit is created from an iconic San Francisco Christmas Spiced Ale from 2015 that has been distilled twice in copper pot stills and then aged for nine years in once-used Old Potrero Straight Rye Whiskey barrels to create its distinctive festive character. The spirit of Christmas past comes through an evolving bouquet of spiced fruit cake, candied orange and evergreen, balanced with flavors of sweet malt, baking spices, fresh ginger, and light oak.
