Garrison Brothers
HYE, TX (October 29, 2026) – Garrison Brothers Distillery, the first and oldest legal whiskey distillery in Texas to produce authentic, handcrafted, corn-to-cork bourbon whiskey, is proud to announce the second release of Bottled-in-Bond; distilled in Fall 2020, a six-year-old, 100-proof Texas bourbon made from Texas grains and proofed with pure Hill Country rainwater.
On Saturday, November 14, 2026, the first 1,000 bottles of the second Garrison Brothers Bottled in Bond will be available at the distillery for the annual Red, White & Bourbon fundraiser benefiting The National Museum of the Pacific War. The ticketed fundraiser begins at 11 a.m. but gates will open to the public in advance at 8 a.m. for the bourbon release. Bottles will be sold all day on a first come, first served basis. Any remaining bottles will be available in the distillery gift shop beginning Monday, November 16, 2026.
This release of Garrison Brothers Bottled in Bond was distilled in October 2020, during the fall distilling season. The bottled-in-bond designation requires production within one distilling season by one distiller at one distillery, aging in bonded storage, and bottling at 100 proof. These requirements follow the process protected by the 1897 U.S. law established to preserve clarity in the national spirit.
Following the distillery's first Bottled in Bond release in February 2026, this second release continues its salute to Texas Straight Bourbon Whiskey. Each bottle carries the hallmarks of place and process—sweet mash grain, open-air fermentations, and six years of Hill Country heat, forging oak into flavor. At 50% Alc/Vol., Garrison Brothers' Bottled in Bond second release shares notes of toasted brown sugar, cinnamon, and white pepper. There are hints of leather and vanilla in the finish with nods to Thanksgiving baking spices, nutmeg, and anise.
"I've selected 102 fifty-three-gallon barrels filled on October 2, 2020, to support the next round of Bottled in Bond. It's beautiful. I'm excited to share what came out of these hard working six-year-old 53-gallon barrels and give Garrison Brothers fans a taste of the future," says Donnis Todd, Master Distiller, Garrison Brothers.
Garrison Brothers Bottled in Bond Fall release has a suggested retail price of $89.99 and will be available through e-commerce and at select retailers, restaurants, and bars by the end of November 2026. There will be a total of 19,500 bottles available in the market of this release. Garrison Brothers' premium Texas Straight Bourbon Whiskey is sold nationwide and across five countries.
