St. George Spirits 
Founded in 1982, St. George Spirits began as a distillery focused on eau de vie, a clear, unaged fruit brandy. Their production of exceptional eau de vies and a wide range of spirits, including aged brandy, continues today. They are also one of America’s oldest single malt whiskey producers, having begun distilling and maturing whiskey in 1997, fifteen years after they began.

Copperworks St. George Apple Brandy Cask Gin was finished in a St. George Apple Brandy cask for one year and five months, resulting in a layered profile.

Tasting Notes
Bright lemon and jasmine meet sweet cedar and pink lady apple on the nose, giving way to a silky palate of apple butter, juniper, candied orange, and sandalwood. The finish brings spice cabinet with clove at the front, lemon heads, and fruit leather.
